WARRANTY TERMS

Our school bags, backpacks and pencil cases are designed and then produced by our experienced team using the best materials. Should it happen that one of our products is defective, we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible within the guarantee period of three years from the date of purchase.

Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by normal wear and tear or improper use of the product.

Examples for this are:

  • Unconscious “intentional” damage such as getting caught on a door handle, scratching or abrading a wall or fence,…
  • Transporting weights or bulky goods
  • Direct sunlight or heat and exposure to external weather influences over a longer period of time
  • Permanent overfilling
  • Tightening the product
  • Fill the pencil case with XXL pens (jumbo pens). Our pencil cases are designed to hold standard size pens

In order to process the complaint as quickly as possible, we ask that you send the following information in advance to verkauf@schneiders-bags.com :

  • Proof of purchase
  • Short description of the defect
  • Photo of the whole product and detailed photos of the defect
  • contact details

We will contact you within 1-2 working days and let you know whether a repair is possible or an exchange can be carried out.
