Our affair of the heart: ergonomics

Through our collaboration with Dr. Nadja Jiresch, Department of Spinal Surgery at the mza Medical Center Vienna, created our ergonomic, height-adjustable carrying system for school bags and school backpacks and tested it according to all the required criteria by the Karl Landsteiner Institute for Orthopedics. Using a wide variety of test procedures, the carrying system was tested for function and material quality and met all aspects of back ergonomics.
The most important criterion was the individual back length adjustment so that the school bag can be adjusted to the child's correct height, posture and weight.
In addition, the ergonomics of the back is supported by the padded hip and chest strap, so that the lumbar strain is relieved and a hollow back can be prevented.
